DOVECO uses modern processing technology imported from Europe, capable of producing concentrated juice or puree of tropical fruits. The operation principle of this technology is to concentrate the fruit juice by removing water, thus retaining the natural sweetness and calories but reducing space of the goods in transport. This is an automatic and continuous processing line, which can process a variety of tropical fruits, lower power consumption but still ensure productivity. Moreover, the products are filled and packed in aseptic bags.
